Built in 1832 and renovated in 1996, West Overton's Big Brick Barn is 5 1/2 stories tall and has approximately 5000 square feet, making it the largest brick barn in the state of Pennsylvania. The Big Brick Barn is full of rustic charm and country character with its exposed beam ceiling and brick walls; it is a unique alternative to a standard banquet hall. The barn features X flooring, entertainment stage, and partially equipped kitchen. This space can be rented for $1100 and can accommodate 300 people.

Built is 1826, the Stock Barn was renovated in 1998. The ground level has an open floor plan that can seat up to 80 people. The second floor loft houses an exhibit of antique farm equipment from the 18th and 19th centuries. This quaint space can be rented for $400 and is perfect for small gatherings and is heated.


The Old Farm Distillery was built in 1859. Today the upper floors of the building serve as a museum, and a part of the lowest floor, called the Distillery Room, is available for rent. The room features partially exposed brick walls, entertainment stage, a fully equipped kitchen, and is also climate controlled. The Distillery Room is an ideal space for a combination of dinner and a presentation. This space can be rented for $850 and can accommodate 130 people.
